About the Forum
K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional State University holds the International Forum "Management for Education Quality Assurance in the System of Higher Education in Kazakhstan" in April 18-19, 2019 (Hall «Mangilik Yel» Youth Palace, 34 A. Moldagulova Ave., Aktobe, Kazakhstan).
Participants
Invited participants of the Forum:
• Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Representatives of the Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency;
• Representatives of diplomatic agencies;
• Representatives of domestic and foreign partner universities,
• International experts from Great Britain, Europe, Central Asian and CIS countries;
• Representatives of regional level authorities;
• Directors and representatives of manufacturing enterprises and industrial companies.
Speakers
Speakers from Russia, Belarus, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Great Britain, Estonia, Turkey, China and Korea are invited to the Forum.
What will be discussed?
The Forum defines panel discussions and presentations in the following areas:
• Education quality management system;
• Tools to ensure the quality of education;
• Improving the quality assurance system in the higher education system in Kazakhstan.
Participation formats
The forum offers three formats of participation:
• Report as a speaker (selected papers are presented in national journals);
• Participation as a forum participant (listener);
• Make an online report.
The working languages of the Forum are Kazakh, Russian, English.
The Importance of participation

Selected articles of speakers / participants of the Forum will be published in the journal of Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) «Education», in the information and analytical journal of the Center for Bologna Process and Academic Mobility «Higher School of Kazakhstan» and in the scientific journal «Bulletin of K. Zhubanov ARSU».

Forum participants are issued electronic certificates of the established sample.
